Our solutions work in any company, anywhere in the world and with a large number of inks and glazes. Choosing Cretaprint means not changing suppliers or the way of doing things. It is our printers that adapt to your environment and not the other way round.

We design printers configurable to your factory, to the tiles you wish to manufacture and adapted to the team that manages them. This gives you freedom in the choice, in the operation and in the maintenance of the equipment.

Some specific examples:

Cretaprinter and Cretacompact, inkjet printers available with 700 mm and 1120 mm width, depending on the space available at your factory.
Cretaprinter uses multi-head electronics.
With our Double Tile Printing machine you will be able to simultaneously manage two lines more productively.
Our Sincro Digital roller printer uses flexography and rotogravure and is configurable with up to 8 heads.
All our ceramic printers both inkjet and rotary operate with multiple printing modes.

Likewise, we make sure that our equipment is easy to use; with multiple configuration options and always designed for the user in the factory to feel he is in command of the equipment being handled.

For example:

The management software of our inkjet tile printers is configurable with security levels.
It also allows managing the ceramic inkjet printing queue without altering the printing pace.
Our Creta Roller ceramic roller accepts printing rollers of standard diameters (Ø230 and Ø460 mm) and also Digital Roller rollers of multiple formats (Ø200, Ø230, Ø250, Ø300, Ø350 and Ø460 mm).
We provide our own alternative system to silicone for tile printing: Digital Roller: This system generates costs saving as it shortens the development process of new ceramic products and extends the duration of the ceramic printing consumables.

Modularity

Ceramic printers developed by Cretaprint are modular and versatile and adapt to the conditions of the manufacturing plant. We also provide a wide range of printers from where to choose and all kind of consumables and accessories.

This helps choosing, enables a scalable investment and a progressive growth.

As an example:

For our Cretaprinter ceramic inkjet you can choose up to 8 bars and a printing width in multiples of 70 mm up to a maximum of 1.1120 mm. Once the configuration has been chosen, this can be modified both in printing width and in number of bars.
The Cretaplotter Inkjet plotter can operate in single pass mode and in x-y mode using 4, 6, 8 or 12 heads, as required.
The inkjet range for ceramic printing is complemented with Cretavision, a relief recogniser that subsequently couples to any of our inkjet printers.
