Ink recirculation system
We offer a ceramic inkjet printing system in which the ink is always in motion, even in the interior of the shooting chamber (within the walls of the piezoelectric material) thanks to the Drop on Demand technology. This allows us to use inks with a greater viscosity and with more percentage of pigment, which provides greeter colour intensity and at the same time minimizes the probability of sedimentation and build-up of particles as compared to current printing systems.
Modular system
Cretaprint inkjet ceramic printers are modular: They allow selecting the number of bars and the printing width in order for them to adapt them to your company’s true needs and your productive system.
- Cretaprinter: Up to 1120 mm width printing
- Cretacompact: With 700 mm width it adapts to the space available in your factory.
- Up to 8 printing bars: Both for Cretaprinter and for Cretacompact
Stable ink system
Our ink system was the first to be launched to the market for the Xaar 1001 header. We have gained a great experience in ceramic inkjet printing to reach the current system which is noteworthy for being a very stable.
Mist aspiration system
Aspiration system which allows placing the ceramic printer on short lines, avoids the inhalation of ink inside the cabin by the operators and helps stopping less time to clean, thereby maximising the productivity and avoiding downtimes.
High precision transport system
Allows a high degree of registry in tile printing and makes possible having separated bars, which provides many advantages such as easy maintenance and control of the printing bars.
Designed for easy maintenance
The ink system is located on the front (managed by operators), and the electric, electronic and pneumatic part is located on the rear (maintenance management).
State-of-the-art software and hardware
Cretaprint internally produces and manages the software of all the machines, which allows controlling all the processes and optimising as much as possible the level to obtain outstanding results. We have therefore achieved developing our software and electronics creating a new version of the product named “variable data printing” which allows painting on one same production different images without stopping the line or slowing down the ceramic printing process. It is not necessary to load all the image on an electronic device but the images are sent as they are required for printing. This provides:
- Unlimited designs
- The possibility of rendering in the machine without stopping the production.
- Models printing queues depending on the production program.
- Possibility of implementing other heads.
The hardware used is perfectly adapted to the workload of a production line. Allows a continuous printing work minimizing as much as possible the possible interruptions due to a failure in the computer system thanks to its great power.
