Photoflex 165 laboratory is designed so that anyone can manufacture their own Digital Rollers. The investment in a laboratory of this type is recuperated with the savings obtained in time and the costs of the manufacture of rollers. The process of manufacture involves the following phases

Simple manufacturing process:
Virgin Digital Rollers are set up in the engraving unit of the Photoflex 165 equipment. The design is engraved on the rollers by means of ultraviolet light.
After having passed the adequate period of time for engraving, the Digital Rollers are introduced first of all in the washing unit of the Photoflex 165 and then into the drying unit in order to eliminate residues generated during the engraving process.
The surface of the Digital Rollers is treated in another additional Photoflex 165 unit with a combination of ultraviolet light and heat, which gives it the optimum finish they need for their use.
