Constant first-choice tiles

CretaRoller’s synchronism precision is stable in time since its conveyor belt does not deform through wear and tear. There are no synchronism errors and hence no quality rejects for this reason. First-choice production percentages are constant.

Clearer-looking tiles

Higher precision equals higher clarity. Images of marbles, natural stones and woods printed onto tiles using a CretaRoller printer have a more realistic appearance.

Four-colour ceramic printing (CMYK)

CretaRoller is the only machine with the required precision to decorate using four colour printing (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). Changing from one production batch to the next is immediate. The same four colours are always used and there is no need to make ink adjustments for each design. The productivity of the glazing line increases while at the same time cost-savings are achieved by reducing ink stocks and leftovers.
