Flexographic photopolymers: a simple economic system

Flexography is a simple and economic system of rotary decoration. It works with support cylinders (VacRoller) over which are fixed printing plates or photopolymers.

The cost of a flexographic photopolymer depends on the surface area to be decorated. The manufacturer only pays for the decoration surface that is needed for each specific format of piece and makes use of the same support cylinder for multiple formats and designs.
