Flexographic photopolymers: a simple economic tile rotary printing system

Flexography is a simple and economic rotary tile printing. It works with support cylinders (VacRoller) over which are fixed printing plates or photopolymers.

The cost of a flexographic photopolymer depends on the surface area to be decorated. Tile manufacturer only pays for the printing surface that is needed for each specific format of piece and makes use of the same support cylinder for multiple formats and designs.
